Matthew brings over three decades of experience in the construction industry and has been with North Construction & Building Pty Ltd since 2001. After becoming a Director in 2008 and serving as Managing Director from 2019 to 2024, he now holds the role of Executive Chairperson. A committed Rotarian since 2013 and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) course in 2017, Matthew combines leadership with a strong sense of purpose and community.
Originally from Central West NSW, Matthew has called the Central Coast home since 2001, where he lives with his wife and two children. Guided by values of trust and excellence, he embraces a mindset of continuous learning and improvement, always looking ahead to what’s next. Matthew focuses on creating transparent dialogue and genuinely collaborative relationships that drive sustainable success.
