Leah Bemrose is Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience across financial leadership, governance, and organisational performance within the not-for-profit, community housing, and commercial sectors.
She brings a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning, having held senior roles with Deloitte Australia and within specialist NDIS and community housing advisory environments. Her experience includes supporting organisations through growth, improving financial performance, and strengthening governance and reporting frameworks.
Prior to joining Fairhaven, she served as Projects Manager and CFO with CINCH Finance & Operations, working closely with organisations across the sector to build financial capability and drive sustainable outcomes.
Earlier in her career, she held Financial Controller roles with AccorHotels, where she led financial operations across multiple sites and teams, delivering key projects including property openings, rebrands, and major transactions.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, she is known for her practical, collaborative approach and her ability to translate financial insight into clear, confident decision-making. At Fairhaven, she plays a key role in ensuring financial sustainability and supporting the organisation’s long-term impact.
