Her core values are grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment. She is passionate about creating environments where individuals and communities can thrive. My achievements in the not for-profit sector reflect my dedication to advancing social justice and improving lives. Among her achievements, she is particularly proud of leading successful suicide prevention programs and building collaborative networks that significantly enhanced community support systems. Outside of her professional life, Caz enjoy powerlifting in her spare time and finds great joy in escaping into nature with her family. Adventures in a 1965 vintage caravan not only offer a cherished break from routine but also deepens her appreciation for the balance and connection that nature brings to her life.
