Community Hub activities
Our weekly activities program has been designed to develop skills, promote self-confidence and build social networks. Sessions are led by experienced facilitators in the friendly, supportive environment of the Community Hub building at our site at Point Clare. Hub activities are designed for people 18+ with all levels of ability, including if you have an NDIS Plan.
Unfortunately, during COVID-19, like many providers we had to pause the community activity in The Hub for the safety of all our participants. We are now taking the time to ensure when we do start up (which will be soon) we can not only provide a safe space for our participants and their carers and families but we have an exciting bumper program of activities on offer!
For more information on our program, or to book-in call 4349 5500 or email us at hello@fairhaven.org.au
