Fairhaven has a range of life-skill support options to assist people living with disability. We focus on the goals and aspirations of each person encouraging you in making your own choices to increase your independence. Fairhaven will only charge costs in accordance with current NDIS funding rules.
Fairhaven’s team of qualified support staff are highly skilled professionals who value and respect people’s abilities, and encourage clients to achieve personal goals. We practise a flexible and creative approach to learning while working collaboratively with families and carers.

Community Hub activities
Our weekly activities program has been designed to develop skills, promote self-confidence and build social networks. Sessions are led by experienced facilitators in the friendly, supportive environment of the Community Hub building at our site at Point Clare. Hub activities are designed for people 18+ with all levels of ability, including if you have an NDIS Plan.
Unfortunately, during COVID-19, like many providers we had to pause the community activity in The Hub for the safety of all our participants. We are now taking the time to ensure when we do start up (which will be soon) we can not only provide a safe space for our participants and their carers and families but we have an exciting bumper program of activities on offer!
